We apologize if we accidentally deliver you the wrong food and ask that you please call us as soon as you notice the error. You may come to pick up or ask us to redeliver** your food within 3 miles in the same delivery time frame with your previous order for free*. For credit card, we will void the last transaction of your credit card charge and recharge it for the new dollar amount. For cash, you will be asked to pay the differences of the balance if the new food has more value than the wrong food. In the same way, you will get the differences of the balance back if the new food has less value than the wrong food. Some cases, we may offer you a store credit.
Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. We ask that you return the food in the original container(s)* it came in to our driver or our cashier in order to avoid any additional charges.
It’s a rare case, but possible. Please call us as soon as you notice that we miss one or more food of your order. You may come to pick up or ask us to redeliver** the food within 3 miles in the same delivery time frame with your previous order for free*. You may cancel the missed food before we cook without any question, and we will refund you with a store credit.
We make sure that we cook your food with only the finest and the freshest ingredients with USDA certified, no MSG and preservative. Please call us if you notice bad packaging, strange objects in the food or spoilage so that we can cook a new one and make sure they’re delivered to you hot and fresh. You may change your food to something else in case of spoilage, and we will adjust that in your receipt. You may come to pick up or ask us to redeliver** the food within 3 miles in the same delivery time frame with your previous order for free*. Some cases, we may offer you a store credit in the dollar amount of the bad food.
Don’t Like The Food
There won’t be any refund in cash but in some cases, you might be eligible for store credit. For exchange, you may not get the differences of the value of the food back. If the second order is more in value, you will be asked to cover the remaining balance. You may come to pick up the food or ask us to do the delivery limited in 3 miles only. A $5 delivery fee will apply.
Get Food Delay
We understand that everyone is hungry when they call us and therefore are trying real hard to deliver the food to you as soon as possible. If for any reason, we are unable to deliver to you on our delivery time frame, you may get 20% off of the bill back in a store credit or cancel your order without any questions from us.
Return / Cancel
Sorry, no refund if you change your mind after all the food has been cooked. In some cases, you might be eligible to receive store credit. Please contact us for more information.

* If the food is consumed more than 20% of the full portion, you may not get a/an refund or exchange if it’s not due to spoilage and/or unusually objects in the food. Please contact us for more information.
